Managed Services - Messaging Security and Continuity

Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam

EveryNetwork's network security gateway filters provide first-level spam and virus protection using multiple virus signature engines as well as black and white lists and other features to prevent viruses and spam from reaching the internal networks of our customers. The anti-virus and anti-spam gateways are updated on a daily basis.

Message Encryption Service

EveryNetwork's Message Encryption Service enables users to send and receive encrypted e-mail directly from their desktops as easily as regular e-mail. Using a simple process, users can encrypt and deliver any business communication without complex hardware and software to purchase, configure, and maintain.

Message Archiving Service

The EveryNetwork Message Archiving Service helps enterprises meet a variety of regulatory and legal demands placed on their electronic communication systems.

Managed Services - Monitoring

EveryNetwork's management and monitoring solutions can greatly reduce daily operations costs by remotely performing network management functions that are typically provided by on-site engineers. In cases where on-site engineers are required, Operations Center Engineers can dispatch its team of experts to address specific customer issues.

EveryNetwork provides remote monitoring of network servers, routers, switches and mission-critical appliances and applications running on the servers, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. All devices (i.e. servers, routers, switches) can be monitored for continuous operation.

Remote access capabilities allow our Network Operations team to quickly diagnose and correct many issues before they cause downtime. Alerts are sent to the EveryNetwork Operations Center.

Email Message Continuity is deployed over the Internet, minimizing up-front capital investment, freeing up IT resources to focus on value-producing initiatives, and mitigating messaging risks before they reach the corporate network.

Our Operations Center Engineers allow our customers to be more productive by delivering quality, personalized service for their Windows PC when they need it, anytime - day or night. In some cases, our engineers will take virtual control of a customer's computer, walking through a user's particular issue for quick resolution.
