Phil Sipowicz, President and CEO of EveryNetwork, has spent
the majority of his career consulting to small and medium
sized organizations seeking to maximize their use of technology.
Prior to founding EveryNetwork in 1996, Mr. Sipowicz served
as a Consultant in the Boston office of AmeriData Technologies.
He was subsequently relocated to start AmeriData’s Bay Area
office. Mr. Sipowicz’s expertise lies at the convergence of
business process and electronic communication technologies.
Earlier in his career, he was part of a team installing, configuring,
and managing one of the first Local Area Networks utilizing
IBM Personal Computers, rather than dumb terminals linked
to a mainframe. An active member in professional organizations
including the Association for Corporate Growth, he is an ardent
supporter of local athletics, including the Boston Red Sox,
New England Patriots, and the Nashoba Chiefs Youth Football.
In his spare time, he is a youth football coach and devoted
dad to Charlie and Will. Mr. Sipowicz received his Bachelor’s
and Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Sullivan, Vice President, Field Operations, oversees
the delivery of field-base services to EveryNetwork clients
by the on-site engineering teams. Joining EveryNetwork in
2001, Ms. Sullivan continues a career in providing high-technology
services to Small-to-Medium size businesses, including a five
year stint at All Bases Covered, a national IT Outsourcing/Technology
consulting firm, as Sales Manager, Regional Sales and Territory Manger, and National Manager of Sales Operations. While she has assisted customers in many diverse industries
leverage technology to achieve critical business goals, Ms.
Sullivan has significant expertise working with Venture Capital
firms and their portfolio companies. Earlier in her career,
she owned a consulting firm catering to small and mid-sized
businesses, providing solutions to support sales, customer
service and technical support including plans for strategic
and tactical products and processes. Active in many professional
organizations, Ms. Sullivan is a fixture in the Silicon Valley
Venture Capital/Private Equity community.
